Most succesful Micro SaaS products are able to achieve something tangible with less resources & features because they typically latch on to a platform which already has 90% of the functionality and some small parts missing. For example, SEO Plugin for Wordpress or Returns Feature on Shopify.. that way acquisition also becomes easier because these people are already invested in the platform and are searching for that one particular small add on


One Idea which you can explore is building on top of Zoom / Google Meets where typically the organiser's screen is always pinned, participants can't see other participants except the organiser who can see everyone. And a feature where in a multi people setup also, what ever other participants speak reaches only the organiser and not each other and the organiser can choose which participant she wants to speak with in the particular call itself..
